The upshot after the meeting with the MDs is that with a continued good diet (20 pounds--yesterday he said 30 but still 20 is good) and meds and all bill should be able to have complete heart recovery!!
He called 911 and told them he was having an MI the dispatcher said how do you know who told you? He said because I'm a physician. THAT'S why the EMIs came and immediately administered the meds even while they were loading him in the ambulance. It saved his life.
