What an interesting baby! Once Jason and Zsaleh figured out ways to calm him, and learned to read his needs, things really calmed down. Asher is a real person with a distinct personality.
I've loved being here getting to know little Ash. He has learned that he doesn't really need to cry to have his needs met. Mainly he makes little sounds and an occasional indignant brief "shout" to indicate his issues.
Every day is different. Yesterday, at five weeks... he began vocalizing much more...as if he's trying to talk. And he rolled over a few times! For five weeks that's pretty good. One day he had no eyelashes...then they were there...then they were dark. No wonder babies sleep so much.
