On Monday night May 3rd, Sierra and Adam were slated to perform at a place here in Baltimore...Captain Larry's. Adam took his saxophone and set up outside the bar...next to one of several sets of double door facing out to the street. Sierra was very curious about what was in the bar...I suspect the odor of french fries, burgers, beer, etc, was a bit intoxicating.
Sierra and Adam got a big introduction in the bar, and a videographer was all set to document the performance. Adam started to play, Sierra looked around a while...then put her head back to begin "singing." Just as she started, people in the bar roared their approval, shouting and applauding. Sierra startled, looked at everyone wide eyed...as if to say, "What?! What happened?!" And she didn't sing another "note" thereafter. So there was Adam, playing away, and there was Sierra, just looking around, sniffing, taking in all the nice compliments and strokes...while being absolutely silent. So much for the big singing career for Sierra.

Guess Adam should practice at home and you all have to shout hurray and clap loudly so Sierra will get used to all the noise.
Yes, Sierra is very shy sometimes. There are times when I can hear her "singing" at the top of her lungs while Adam plays, but if I run to grab the camera, and then peek into the living room from the front hall...she'll see me and stop! Catching her on camera singing is not all that easy.
